Our store policies should answer all your questions and simplify your purchase of Vermont maple syrup products.  If you don’t get an answer to your question, contact us at customerservice@cbmaplefarm.com or call the sugarhouse at 802-868-2347 and toll free at 1-888-84-MAPLE (6-2753).

Phone Orders
Call us at 802-868-2347 and toll free at 1-888-84-MAPLE (6-2753). Please have your order, ship and bill to addresses, gift messages and credit card and billing information available. For multiple addresses and messages, we may ask you to e-mail your list to customerservice@cbmaplefarm.com

Internet Orders
Checking out of our shopping cart is secure, simple, quick and convenient. Add your zip code to calculate shipping and if you quality for the maple syrup discount, the cart will automatically calculate the deduction.

Shipments
Our shipping carriers are UPS, Fedex and the US Postal Service. Please be sure to include a good street address. We do our best to validate every address before shipping.  If a package goes out with an incorrect address we are the ones who incur the additional charges to correct the address or ship it back to us.

International Orders
We can ship to foreign countries, when requested.  Email us the address and what you would like shipped and we will send you shipping estimates. We have several international shipping carriers and will select the quickest and most economical services for your order.

We will complete the custom paperwork. It is your responsibility to be knowledgeable about the acceptance of products to a country outside of the United States. If the customs department refuses the package, you will be billed for all the shipping incurred less the cost of the merchandise returned in resale condition. We will also bill you for any duties, tariffs and taxes levied by customs.

Payment
The shopping cart will securely take your VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.  Our credit card processing bank does not allow us access to all of your credit card information and we may not add charges to the card once you have completed the sale.  We can, however, issue refunds, if needed.

If you prefer to pay by check, make your check payable to Carman Brook Farm and mail to 1275 Fortin Road, Swanton, VT, 05488. Upon deposit of your check clearing our bank, the items will be shipped.

Declined Credit Cards
If your bank declines the charges made to your credit card when you place an online order, we will do our best to contact you via email to resubmit the order or make other arrangements.  If we do not hear back from you within a reasonable amount of time, your order will be canceled from our system.

Privacy
Your privacy is very important. We do not share or sell our mailing list with any companies or organizations.

Customer Service Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to our family. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, please call us at the sugarhouse to arrange a replacement or your money back.
