Grades of Maple Syrup
The grades of maple syrup have changed. Its good to change things up ever 75 years or so, but it causes a bit of confusion. There are 4 grades of maple syrup and by adding market descriptors we made five grades. We know its hard to keep it all straight so be sure to send us a note and we’ll help you decipher the new system and order the right grade.
