2 weeks still haven't received shipment

14 days since my order. No Syrup but I did get an email to review so my review is ...14 days from order no product.

Yes, you are right, I think that your package is lost with UPS. Another customer contacted me via email about this same issue yesterday afternoon and I spent a considerable amount of time researching for her. Like her order, your order was shipped on Octoberf 14th along with the rest of the orders that accumulated over the weekend. We had a stack of orders going with UPS and another 3 orders that were separate on a different table going with USPS. You order was in that pile and the UPS guy, who was a sub for our regular guy, took all the packages including the ones that were separate for USPS. My regular UPS carrier said it happens frequently and that they would eventually get sorted out when UPS and the USPS swap packages. Apparently, that didn't happen in the case of your package.

I'm sorry that your package didn't arrive in a timely manner. Our family did do our part in that we guarantee we will get the orders out the door as expeditiously as possible. Sometimes the shipping system has a break down that is out of our control. What I can do is reship your maple syrup order today.

Fantastic sampler

Received quickly and the taste is fantastic! I like bold tasting maple flavor and these had it! Have yet to cook with any but I expect great things.

Very yummy and not too sweet!

We purchased the Sampler for winter holiday breakfasts, and very much enjoyed the Golden on pancakes. The Dark is excellent in overnight oats. Both are very smooth flavored and not "surgary" tasting at all. Really appreciate that there's enough syrup in each of the Sampler bottles to serve multiple people! We'll be back, for sure. Thanks!
