In a quest to ensure one of their family members with an extreme food allergy didn't have to settle for a subpar cookie, they took it upon themselves to develop one that is indistinguishable from the original while being gluten-free and vegan.

PNW's Snickerdoodle cookie's ingredient list isn't a mystery either, any layman can take a look and understand the parts that combine to make a delicious cookie. Callie at PNW says that each batch is hand-crafted with simple ingredients and free of preservatives. Since we've expanded our vegan and gluten-free product lines, we thought it was a no-brainer to include a cookie like PNW's.

- Because these cookies are preservative and chemical free we ship them frozen and recommend freezing them on receipt if not consumed within two weeks. They thaw in 15 or 20 minutes.
